These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all websites, applications, and services provided by Dream Builders Group LLC, a Florida Protected Series LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to MenuGrocer and AImarkOS (operated under Series A — Technology), as well as any other products and services operated across our eight protected series. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, creating an account with, or using any service operated by Dream Builders Group LLC or any of its protected series, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of all our services immediately.
If you are using a service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Our Services
Dream Builders Group LLC operates services across eight protected series. The services most commonly accessed by end users include:
- MenuGrocer: An AI-powered grocery planning and menu optimization platform (Series A — Technology). Available at menugrocer.com.
- AImarkOS: An AI marketing operating system for content, campaigns, and growth automation (Series A — Technology). Available at aimarkos.com.
- Consulting Services: Professional advisory and strategic planning services (Series B — Consulting).
- E-Commerce Products: Digital products, published works, and online store offerings (Series D — E-Commerce).
- Corporate Website: Informational content at dreambuildersgroupllc.com and all affiliated series pages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
User Accounts
Some services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. Account authentication is managed through Clerk, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@dreambuildersgroupllc.com.
Payments and Billing
All fees for paid services are processed through Stripe. Dream Builders Group LLC is the merchant of record for all transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees through Stripe.
- Subscriptions: Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility varies by product. Please contact support for refund requests within 14 days of a charge.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and subject to their security standards. We do not store complete card numbers on our systems. All charges will appear on your statement under Dream Builders Group LLC.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, systems, or accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our services without permission
- Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any of our applications
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to all services operated by Dream Builders Group LLC.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services — including software, source code, applications, trademarks, brand names, service marks, logos, domain names, website content, and published works — are owned by Dream Builders Group LLC (centralized in Series C — IP Holdings) or licensed to the applicable operating series.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in our intellectual property. Your use of our services does not constitute a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content or software, except as expressly permitted in writing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use our services at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Builders Group LLC and its protected series shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the applicable services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
